This will be an event for expert and novice CrossFitters. If you were looking to qualify for regionals, and just barely missed, this is your chance to be under the bright lights on a big stage. If you’re new to CrossFit, and are looking to do your first, or maybe second competition, our scaled division will be perfect for you.

Sunday May 7th will be the team competition

Teams (2 men, 2 women): Rx ($380), Scaled ($320)

Signing up for Rx means you're ready to be tested at a high level no matter what is thrown at you! Podium finishers will get cash and product prizes will be awarded with sponsors including Nutrition 53, Compex, Fitaid, Rx Bar, Boxstar Apparel, and more!

Intermediate/scaled (30 spots each M/W/Team): This division is for those who are new to competing, but have been CrossFitting enough to have a decent skill set. You may go Rx from time to time but the majority of the time you need to modify something, or when you do go Rx your times are middle of the pack.
